BILL HARTMAN

lead pastor

Pastor Bill Hartman has served in ministry roles for the past 35 years with his childhood sweetheart, Linda! Together, they have three children who are all involved in ministry and nine grandchildren. He is a creative visionary who has a heart to see the church healthy, vibrant, growing, and impacting the community for Christ. Pastor Bill believes that with the power of the Holy Spirit and the spiritual momentum that results from unity and visionary leadership, the church can have a tremendous impact on their "Jerusalem" and the world!

Shannon berry

worship Leader

Shannon has been involved in worship at Redemption since she joined the congregation in 2020, and she took on the role of worship leader at the start of the year in 2022. She has over 10 years of experience in worship ministry, as she was mentored by her home church’s worship leader when she was 12 years old. Shannon is originally from Burlington, Iowa, and she moved to Fort Dodge after marrying her husband, Cameron, in the summer of 2020. Shannon graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in December 2020 with a bachelors in choral music education, and she currently teaches choir at Southeast Valley Middle School in Burnside, Iowa.
